Answers, without the marketing gloss.
What is CareUnitHub, exactly?+
CareUnitHub is a customer care hub. We help readers with everyday questions about online services — who to contact, what to expect, and how to move things forward. We do not sell products or process transactions.
Do you charge for help?+
Our guides and reader replies are free to read. If we ever offer a paid resource, it will be clearly labelled. We do not push subscriptions or upsells.
How do you stay independent?+
We do not accept paid placement or sponsored content. When we mention a provider, it is because we believe it is genuinely useful context for readers. Any commercial relationships that exist are disclosed openly.
How often do you update your reviews and guides?+
Every published piece carries a 'last reviewed' date. Reviews of fast-moving services are revisited quarterly; evergreen guides are updated whenever the underlying facts change.
Do you help readers with money transfers?+
We publish educational explainers on international transfers as part of our consumer advisory line — questions to ask, common pitfalls, and how to compare providers. We do not send, receive or process money.
Can I request a topic?+
Absolutely. Reader questions shape a lot of what we publish. Send us a note through the contact page and we'll reply — even if the answer is a resource that already exists.
Do you offer refunds or process complaints for third-party services?+
No. If you have a dispute with a third-party provider, contact that provider directly and, if needed, the relevant regulator in your country. We can point you to public resources but cannot mediate.
